These are the community guidelines that have been established by the Product Buds co-founders to create a virtual space that is safe for our members (this space includes the Product Buds Slack workspace, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium, Email, and virtual events held via Zoom or any other videoconferencing platform). Please review them carefully!

If you have been subject to behavior or witness behavior that violates any of the community guidelines, please email [email protected] with "Community Guideline Violation" in the subject line and the Product Buds leadership team will promptly investigate the issue(s). The offender(s) are subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to being permanently removed from and blocked from reentry to the Product Buds community.

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness and compassion are required, whether you're chatting publicly or privately with others in this community.
In this community, any offensive, degrading, or unsolicited verbal/non-verbal commentary about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or any other forms of identity will not be tolerated. Not only is this verbiage inappropriate and not tolerated, unsolicited contact in any form, including but not limited to sealioning, is also unacceptable and will result in investigation and other appropriate measures to eliminate these behaviors.
The Product Buds community is a space for members (if they do so choose) to freely post their work, whether it be a side project, case study, product design, etc. This community is also a space where the Product Buds leaders have publicly posted their own work regarding Product Buds as well. Therefore, any plagiarism of the PB community members' or leaders' work is not tolerated.
Within the Product Buds community, you must be truthful about your identity and may never falsify your name, profile image, company that you work at, the school that you attend, contact information, and/or other identifying factors. If you are found using false personal information and/or impersonating another individual that is not yourself, you will be permanently removed from the Product Buds community.
As a member of the Product Buds community, keep your eyes out and remain alert to any solicitation of products or services that appear to be fraudulent. If you receive a request in your email inbox or Slack DMs to share your personal information (phone number, bank account information, passwords), you should clearly NOT share this information. But scammers are becoming more intelligent. For example, if you see a Product Management course, career coaching, or other paid resources being promoted, do your due diligence to ensure that the person offering those services and the product/service is legitimate. If you have a feeling that something is not right, chances are that your intuition is right. In the case that you notice a potential scam, report it immediately to a member of the Product Buds team!
